Selecting another track

During playback, press »W« or »Q« repeatedly until the number of the track you want to hear appears in the display. Playback of the selected track starts automatically.
Searching for a passage within a track
1 During playback, press »W« or »Q« and hold it down until you find the passage you want to hear. When you release »W« or »Q«, playback begins. Note: During the search the volume is reduced.
Repeating the current track
1 Press briefly »Q« during playback. The current track is repeated from the beginning.
Setting playback modes
The »MODE« button enables you to repeat a track or an entire CD or to play back the tracks in random order. Display: »REPEAT « glows, the current track is now repeated constantly.

To repeat all tracks on the CD press »MODE« again. The entire CD will now be repeated endlessly.

To play back the tracks in random order, press »MODE« again. The number of the current title appears in the display at short intervals.

To end the function, press »MODE« once. The device switches back to normal playback starting with the current track. Note: All of these functions can also be cancelled by pressing » STOP I«.
Creating a track memory
This function enables you to store up to 20 tracks on the current CD in a certain order and then play them back in that sequence. The same track may be stored more than once.

Place a CD in the CD compartment. Note: The input mode switch must be set to »CD«.

Press »MODE« when the CD is in the STOP position. Select the desired track using the »W« and »Q« buttons. The selected track number flashes in the display and »PROG lights up. Display: »0 2 « (next track to be stored), »PROG To store more tracks, repeat steps 3 and 4.

1 During playback, press » MODE« twice. End function by pressing » STOP I«.

Adding tracks
1 2 After stopping playback, keep pressing »MODE« until the display shows the first free memory position (the highest number).
