[. . . ] Additional functions Child Lock When the Child Lock is on you cannot operate the appliance. Deactivating the Child Lock To deactivate the Child Lock, do the same steps again. Press and hold the buttons and + at the same time for approximately 2 seconds, until an acoustic signal sounds. Activating the control beep To activate the control beep, do the same steps again. Automatic switch-off For safety reasons the appliance deactivates after some time: • If an oven function operates. The automatic switch-off works with all oven functions, apart from Core temperature sensor, Duration and End. Error code If some parameters are not correct, the control unit stops the functions which operate and the display shows the related error code. Cooling fan When the appliance operates, the cooling fan activates automatically to keep the surfaces of the appliance cool. If you deactivate the appliance, the cooling fan continues to operate until the temperature in the appliance cools down.
