Cleaning and care Clean the slicer before using it for the first time, or after a long period of non-use. General To prevent perishable food particles from collecting in the slicer, clean it thoroughly after use. Always remove the plug from the wall socket before cleaning the slicer or detaching any accessories. Bring the stop plate to its rest position so that the blade does not protrude.
